Where can i know detail on using it? I have idea .

click on your profile link you can change your sig in there, a sig is the text that goes below your post automatically

Signature is your own little space in the forum. You can put any texts or links to it. But please DO abide to the rules.

If you post on relevant forums and include links in your posts to your site. You also take advantage of the signature feature so that every one of your posts has an optimized anchor text link to your site.

The forums signatures are actually one way to build links over the net and many webmasters are using them for increasing their sites traffic and rankings online.

Signature is where you can put text or links regarding the site and the niche you use you can get more benefit from it.

Signature is mean when you are doing forum Posting below your post your signature will show by default it's depends on forum rule and TOS.

you can post your signature in User CP of your profile and make your signature live with every post.
and because of signature you may links it's to your site so it's helpful to increased your SERPS.
