You shouldn't stop your links building progress even if your site is already in top ten results.

it goes down and on few records, what & why happen i dont know, what should i do.

It is all because of the backlinks..try to add interesting content and this can only give you the high rank. backlinks is the main reason that why the rank has decreased.

This is some thing like Google dancing. If search engine change some tactics, it will result suddn drop in the rank. We have nothing to do, just wait and watch.
