MSN Free URL Submission

Can we not submit anymore free a webpage to MSN.. from today on seems out of work

I was possible to list a webpage free of any charge up to yesterday in MSN
under the link of
http://submitit.bcentral.com/msnsubmit.htm

Now sicne yesterday not any more

Mysite can be found in yahoo, but not in MSG engine!

Now MSN offers its free search engine submission you can submit to MSN via its own page at http://search.msn.co.in/docs/submit.aspx

I have never gotten any results of submitting to Search Engines. Inbound LInks is the only thing that helped my rankings.

You don't need to submit MSN. If your site have a lot of quality incoming links from other sites, they will automatically index your site.

It is not need to submit your site to any search engine. If your site has good content and resonable backlink they will index your site without any request.
