Bing more focus on on page so do the great on page for your site with update proper meta tags and unique content. And Generate only quality backlinks.

focus on the onsite and offside seo, bing is starting to send alot of traffic to sites now

Do more and more article submissions, blog commenting & social bookmarking, keep writing and submitting keyword focused content to high pr article sites, blogs. Automatically your Bing traffic will increase.
