Can I Submit my blog to DMOZ?

Well offcourse you can submit your blog but check for policies of DMOZ. Check if you blog passes through all the mentioned policies.

first you must have a very good blog
second it takes forever to go online
but that doesnot mean it wont happen.

Blog or any website can be submitted to DMoz. But they need to pass the quality standard. Another thing DMoz can take long time to approve your submission. So do not expect to get quick approval once you submit your blog over there.
