Should we rely on directory submission softwares or tools or manual submissions are better.

I will advice you that you all the submission works manually dont rely on automatic submissions. I also use maual submissions.

Manual submissions are always the best for a site, although tedious and pretty repetitive. The automatic software doesnt work with all directories and you can ensure that your placement is in the right category if you do it manually!

Directory submission is important. But according to me do not use any software for directory submission. Do it manually. Manual directory submission helps alot.

I am for manual submission, altough sometimes in certain cases SEO tools are welcomed.

Well, thanks for your replies. Yes,manual submission seems better choice, as there are chances of errors and repetitons in submissions from automated tools.

Recently I bought a 200 directory submission service and not satisfied with the result since I only got about 30 emails back. The accept rate is so low.

I dont really like to depend on directory submission services unless you are ready to paid radiculous money for it, because if you will try to get services from people who offer submission for very cheap, its like paying for someone to harm your website(it applies for most of the times), because they dont care about your website as longest they can job quickly, basically they dont put enough effor to submit your website to the most propriate category and thats why most of the time you will not be accepted..thats doesnt sound good does it? I have found this software like a year ago and it makes my job much easier, you can download trial version to see it for yourself if you are interested Directory submission software By the way is other type of submission software, its just helps to fill up the for much quicker, thats why you wont be pentalize for using it..

Manual submission is always better, you can check for various categories a directory is having and can submit at appropriate section which will help you, automated software submission don't take much care.
