This is a good list. Have you ever tried using directory critic and VMOptions too? They have huge list of directories too. Although directories are not that helpful like before, I still do submit little by little in a hope that I would get some backlinks from it.

DirectoryCritic is a one of the most updated directory submission site. A free listing, fast approval sites and high PR, but generally almost directory submission has takes so much time to wait to approved your site to be display. I takes 6 to 8 months specially in free submission site.

This is False. Most are NOT Free, they either Charge You OR Want a Return Link.
