Link wheel is linking process where you create a network of web 2.0 sites keeping the main site in the middle. but as per i know this process is not effective now.

Link wheel is a seo technique where you create a webpage with unique content and link to your main site and also link to another page which does the same thing. Keep linking to the main site and also other sites to form a link wheel.

Link Wheel is an effective way of link building for your website. Like you've written an ezine article linking back to your website.
