Site Optimization Using Affiliate Marketing

I was using affiliate marketing for a while, my website rank and SERP was petty good. But it started getting slower and slower. I don't really know what happen, wheather Google algorithm is changed, meaning affiliated programs simply have less value to SE than before, or anything else? I stiil use CJ, Keycode, LinkShare as affiliated programs. Wonder what can I do to improve my website. If you guys can take a look at my site and say your opinion. Your help is greatly appreciated.
