The answer is "No". If you have doubt you can check the major e commerce website. The are dynamically generated 80 to 100+ character length titles and their product come up top search result in Google.

no, it won't heart SEO just it will tranuckate title if it exceeds more than 55 characters

I don't think that meta title more than 55 characters will hurt SEO but it might not be displayed completely in SERPs

No, it does not hurt the SEO but it may be possible that the whole title may not appear in SERP.

Long meta title may not hurt the SEO practices but it would be unable to appear entirely in the SERP. So make your titles with best keywords and to the poiy=t to have maximum exposure.
