Paying SEO or renting a link

There are a few questions that I would really like to ask. For example, there is a well optimized website with an extremely strong visibility on the Google. Say if it is on the second position of Google. Then it turns out to be the number 1 spot in the Google for about a month. Then it goes downward to number 2 again. What do you believe is the reason for such kind of movement? Do you feel it is usual or a strange one from the like of Google? Is it probable to pay for the SEO and then manage the ranking or can I obtain it in the short term ranking on summit from a first-rate PR site and hire a link?

You don't have to pay SEO or Links. You can always do it by yourself. Learning to be an SEO is not that hard. But becoming a professional in this field is indeed tough. There are lots of ways to get back links in a FREE way.

That is because of competition. If the competition is high, the ranking of website can be down. This is not strange. Don't try to buy link; this can result in being banned by google.
