Need recommendation about Client websites?

Hello All,

I have a few clients which I've hosted with WPEnigne but with time their website traffic has increased and as WP Engine charges on the basis of visits I have to move from their Startup to Growth plan for one of my customers. The difference is $80 and it is going to make a huge cut in my profits. A friend recommended me Cloudways, he said their hosting is focused on agencies and I have already started their trial but I am still not sure how they serve their customers in the long run.

Is there any kind of hidden charges or support issues with Cloudways or anything about them which might help me to make a decision about them?

Check ssl certificate for multiple domains for example. I also checked ssl certificate for my online store. It is really needed toolwhen you want to protect data of your customers.
