backup type differences

Anyone here could tell me easy ways to understand the differences between incremental backup and differential backup.

Incremental backups have a tendency to increase server resource consumption while the differential backups work on declining the consumption rate.

The backup software looks at which files have changed since you last did a full backup. Then creates copies of all the files that are different from the ones in the full backup.

yes, you can ghost or backup data everyday.

A full backup is exactly what the name implies. it is coping the full set of enitire data.
