First find a free keyword suggestion tool then compare different keyword phrases. Look for keywords that have good traffic and focous on keyword selections that relate to your site.

Keyword examples would be eye care hospital and city it is located in. List each things offered on different pages and do keywords for each page . Make sure to have each topic that is related link to other pages that have similar topic. Seo on site.

Try to find keywords with good traffic and less websites listed for your area. Target your location for best results.

Choose long tail keywords who's search volume is high and competition is low. These kind of the keywords are not much difficult to rank in Google..

Look up the top entrance keywords for your website, then enter those phrases into the keyword tool. Then compare their search volume to the number of visitors they actually bring to your website.

Step 2:- Refine your target keyword list
Step 3:- Determine how competitive your targeted keywords are

First thing, check what your main competitors are doing and which keywords they are pushing for.

And there is a free tool from Google ( keyword planner ) it will give some stats on how many searches are been made on each and every keyword that describe your business that will help you identify the keywords as well.
