Make your Meta Tags using the keywords that you use in each pages. And also use the submitexpress.com KEYWORD SUGGESTION TOOL. It will give you an idea about the keywords that you are using and planning to use.

Well, to choose the most relevant keyword to your site, you can use some keyword tools such as Google Adwords or Wordtracker.

Stick to a specific keywords only and do not change your keywords over and over again. Also, improve your link building strategy..
