Google no longer uses meta keyword tags as a SEO ranking factor. I still add them in because I think it helps our content writers structure the page and some minor search engines use them. Google give more importance to title and meta description tags. So its important to fill your meta description with a short and catchy content with your keywords to grab the attention of user & google.

No, they do, yet not every one of them and not constantly. One of the objectives of this page is to clarify which meta labels bail you to get the word out and which have gotten to be old fashioned. (See Know Your Meta Tags underneath).

Yes, It is true, Meta keywords have no role in SEO. Title & description tags are valuable to Google.

no, It's not true, some search engine crawl meta keywords and some search engine not

Though meta keywords are not playing any role in Google, other search engine do. But you must maintain keyword density for good results. Optimize title, description, and content with focus keyword.
