Plz suggest me how to increase PR of my site

Working hard earlier it had '2' PR, but now it is constant on '1' PR from a long time.

Try to do link exchage and submit your site to directories. more you submit more there are chances to get higher pr.
There is new update expected by google end of this month so could possible your site pr goes higher again. best of luck.

It is all about backlinks. Get god PR backlinks and yours should go up

There are hundreds of directories to be registered in. In order to do it free take away all adsense ads since your site is looking as MFA.
Look for indian bloggers and ask them to drop a line about your useful site (without adsense, of cause). You'll get PR3-4 in two-three months, then put adsense back and it will be much easier for you to exchange links having some PR

First of all don't pay so much attention to PR, it is not so important for Google now.
Quality baklinks really make a difference, especially if they are relevant. They can really increase you SERP position and traffic at the same time.

Why bother too much on getting a high PR? pay attention in getting a good SERP rankings. Just my thought.

Search on google:
"Your site theme+blogs+forums"
e.g "health+forums+blogs"
U will get a list of all related forums and blogs. Chose the high ranked forums and blogs and participate in discussions.
Always check that those forums/blogs are not using the "no-follow" tag in links.
