Backlinks from trusted and authority sites (solid sources)will be permanent unless they remove it. What do you mean by back link coded in google SE? Backlinks usually dropped when you deleted one of your pages or the site you are linking with no longer exist.

"backlink coded by Google SE means, backlinks that google has in its database."

When google bots crawl the page that has link to your site and find the link has lost. Next update, google will delete the link from it's database.

Obviously, as long as the site is crawlable by Google bots, not penalized by Google and the site remains your link, Google will count it for you.

Back links from forum threads and blog posts will be dropped when those pages got archived. But a link from the static page will remain until the link removed by that site owner. So in a nut shell the back links from a dynamic page can be dropped but the backlink from a static page will remain.

Agree with you. Backlinks from static pages cannot be dropped.

Google filters and updates the number of backlinks regularly. Based on my experience, most backlinks created from forums and blogs are not permanent. They will be gone once they've been archived.

if sites those are linking to your site will remove your link from them then Google stop showing your links , so don't worry about that till then they are linking to your site they won't disappear but once they remove they disappear

Each backlink is crawled everytime by crawler. so nothing is permament in terms of backlinks...there are cases that those backlinks if coming from any website or blog are deleted due to any reason..
