Latest update on Google Ranking Algorithm

Hello my friends, I have a few medical sites on March 13th, they noticed their drop in Google, and I found out that they were related to Florida's updates and changes.
Does anyone know how to explain more about this and say exactly what Google's benchmark was in this recent update?

Audit your website there must be some thin content. Anyways, i am not sure about it.
