Why Google hate my site?

Google just indexing my home page and going to the real content.
We have thousand of pages but Google index only 40.
What going on? Is this the sand box affect?

How can I solve it?

I recommend that you get about a dozen links a month for next six months and then check again. As of right now, you don't really have any incoming back links. 0 in Google and 9 in Yahoo. It's gonna take some time, good links and then more time to get all those pages indexed.

You also have dynamic pages, that makes it more of a challenge for indexing purposes.

Here's a tip for you, check out a site called tinyurl, they'll take your variable passing url's and change them to something without the variables. More SE friendly.

Unless if there is something here I didn't get, tinyurl is a redirection service which has nothing to do with SEO.

You can submit a sitemap on google webmaster account in order to let Google crawl and index the inner pages of your site.

Woaw, you do have a thousand pages. Its not about Google at all, it depends on the visitor or the pages site that being viewed. I mean, probably not all of the sites page are important to the readers, they pick on the most one. Imagine, how can a user attempt to view on hundred of pages in just a single visit.
