new site, how many days before google picks it up

Just a quick query, can someone tell me the quickest way to get indexed on google. I've just created my first site and uploaded it today. Any advice would be welcome.

Get some high PR backlinks, for eg, PR5+, you will get indexed less than a week.

First thing to do is Search for a keyword that is related to your site in Google. (For instance, I have a pillow site, so I searched for blankets, or beds) Look at the top 10 listed sites...You know they get crawled by Google, because they are in the index, and seek a link exchange with them...find their links pages, see if they have information on exchanging links.

If they do exchange links, Google will find your site quickly, and index you...

There are several ways to do it like :

_ First thing is get more quality backlinks.
_ List your self in a maximum of websites to increase links pointing to your website.
_ Submit your site directly to them
_ Submit a Google Sitemap
_ Prepare blog & do forum posting.
_ Update content regularly coz G like Frsh content.
_ Get incoming links to your homepage. These will be followed by Google's crawlers and will lead them to your site.
