a question about google . or about domz??

just now i want add my site url to google engine catalog,then the google turned to another pages to suggest me search by other search engine...then
i try,there have nothing ...
so i have to domz.org...but when i click the add url botton ,it show me that
"unavailable"....
i do not konw why...
is there anybody konw why and how to add my url to the google and domz ?
my url in chinese is http://www.chinawudang.com

how to add these page?
