If you are answering 20 questions daily with one back link with each answer in the resources box, then after 30 days you will have 600 back links

traffic - yes it can generate a lot and it's a lot better if the question/answer is related to the links that you'll post

Yahoo Answer is only good source of traffic if you post it in right catagory

I've heard you can get a lot of links and traffic from Yahoo Answers, but I don't have the answers to any questions of any sort.

You are right that Yahoo answer is a good source of free traffic and backlinks as well. Although it is a no follow it does give benefits for our site
