Bingy for INDEXING works?

Hi,
ive encounter a product/guide called bingy

it promises to rank in bing: does it work? It seems it uses gsa pointing to bit.ly which redirects to a domain of the money site, that domain is a specific keyword with low competition.

Does it worth? The site shown in the sell page is not ranked anymore in the first page of bing.

MySQL can go to the exact location in the table without having to scan the table
