Microsoft Clarity is a free tool for people looking to get the most out of their website. Let's talk about it.

My favourite feature so far is the recordings of user sessions. The playback controls make it easy to review how people are using your website. You don't know how people are using the site until you see it! Sometimes it looks like your website is broken in the playback. I've often restarted the recording and found everything to be looking normal.

Hint: Make sure to block your own IP so you don't sway the results by your own use of your website.
