I think MSN is more active than Google
So you don't need Site-map

I agree...MSN seems to crawl faster than the others, and follows all the links to the new pages in your site...probably don't need a sitemap for MSN...

I disagree. MSN has only indexed 3 pages of my site while google has indexed them all. Same for my other websites. I find MSN very slow.

Consider yourself lucky that its not the other way around....Google gets 4 times the searches that MSN gets...at least right now.

Google, MSN and Yahoo are all teaming up and very soon you will be able to submit a sitemap to all of them!

MSN haven't Sitemap submission service at the movement. However they will start this service soon because Yahoo, Google, and MSN agree to follow standard sitemap protocol.

Yes, you can send your site map to MSN as an urllist.txt. Very soon you will be able to see this tool in Submitexpress.com website.
