If that KW is not visible at any of your pages then i think it's part of the growing stage of the site. I just noticed that as long as the site is up, KWs just keeps on adding/expanding though we did nothing about it.

Th new keywords come form off site links in the anchor text of the link to your site. So the longer your site is up, and the more links you accumulate, the more keywords you rank for.

There are instances that some KW's rank high for your site even though you don't target that particular search term. For example is "professional seo company", if you are targeting this keyphrase, there would be a chance that you would also rank on other keyphrases like top seo company, best seo company, and others.

To understand the logic behind "keyword1 keyword2" and keyword1 keyword 2, you must have some prior knowledge on google adwords. Buying ads for the 2 keyword are different. The first one is the exact search while the 2nd is the broad search, both will produce different results.

I am fairly new to seo aswell but it may be due to the competiton for the keyword for example you said that you place 9th for keyword information and then 1st postion for keyword keyword information the second keyphrase may not have alot of competiton to it therefore not many websites are seo for that phrase.

Unfortunately, there was a lot of unsatisfied customers over seas SEO companies. Some companies have been victims of fraudulent websites that never intends to make a reference work. While others have been the work of poor quality due to a lack of good communication and some serious language barriers.
