hello, if i optimize my website onpage and offpage with follow google ranking factor rules, then is i need to optimized for other search engine ?
is it ok to optimize my website only for google search engine.

Yes, you need to optimize for other search engines too. Check your website ranking on other search engines first and target the keyword accordingly.
