Also check the chart on this link, it's kinda old but still the most perfect figure to explain the dragons of internet world. It basically shows some major relation between directories, search engines, etc. This also explain why Google handles the great percentages of total searches of the whole internet world than yahoo and bing (previously msn), because they enpower and serve the search results of other big sites like Netscape, AOL & Askjeeves.

Nice list of search engines. Actually I already see my site ranked on some of those Search Engines, Even my Blog sites are in good ranked there.

There are a lot of search engines that I am not aware existed. But then again Google and Yahoo are still my best source of traffic.

If you get good ranking on google and yahoo automatically you get the rank on these site. So for SEO purpose google and yahoo are the best.

Nice List.... But according to me. Google is the best. I get much better results in google for any searches.....

If you get upright superior on google and yahoo automatically you get the position on these place. So for SEO aim google and character are the champion.
