well mine is free/recip directory. Got lots of PR3 and PR4 pages. If you exchange links with PR0, it doesn't mean much unless the directory is SEOing aggressively.

Checked a lot of the sites and they strictly ban anything with adult related material
Anyone know of any that do not mind adult related material??
It's an Adult Store Adult toys novelties and what not.

I agree. Backlinks can still help promote your site. Just choose directories with high PR and that they allow a "do follow" link. And avoid link farms.
