How to replace new site with old site in Google Directory?

I want to replace my new site
www.unionbrothers.net
for my old site
http://unionbrothers.isunv.com in Google directory

(listed as UNION & BROTHERS in

How to do it?

You would have to get it changed in DMOZ first, then Google Directory will automatically pick up the change the next time they update the listings.

In DMOZ go to your category, click the *update listing* button and then type in your url. They require a reason for the change, so be ready to explain why you would like it updated. Usually a simple "It's been awhile and my site has changed" type reason works.

It usually takes a few months before Google updates, depending on when the last one was, and when DMOZ gets around to changing your current listing.
