I thinks the Do not Submit Same Article in many Article Directories. Try to submit article in 10 - 15 article directories. also do some changes and than submit.

Yeah, i think you can pretty much submit the same thing. I would however, do some paraphrasing just to make sure the content is "fresh". Google prefers fresh content as opposed to recycled ones.

Google won't penalize you for duplicate content. It's just a matter of ranking.

No, it's okay to submit a single article to different directories. Google won't penalize you. What Google dislikes are link spamming and other blackhat tactics.

It's really fine if you submit one article in different article directory. Just don't submit same article in one article directory. I'm on that process now. :)

All I know is that Google will penalize if you are copying content to other site.

I don't think it's a good idea to submit the same article to many directories, as there are chances of getting caught by the google and even they may penalize your site. Search engines are always interested in collecting and cataloging quality, unique content as possible for human consumption. So do something like that helps you , not that risks you.

I guess not. We can't control any site giving backlink to us.
