Too many outbound links in a single page can harm your PR, but you can control the flow of your PR with "nofollow" attribute.

Limit the number of links you put in a single page. Excessive links can hurt not only your PR, but your ranking as well. Google might read your page as link farm.

I think it will not give you so much benefit because as per the guidline of google it's crawler maximum crawl 100 link per page.
