Add a link on your body post suing your targeted keyword.

In forum:

Add signature on your profile using also your targeted keyword.

Can be inserted to the blog to your description text, or inside the top posts in the forum

You can get backlinks from forums by putting a signature to your profile.

target your keywords while blog posting and insert your site URL in signature while forum posting. that's all.
