I wouldn't recommend any automated tools for link exchanges. They are often used for link spamming.

Yup, some of those but I don't know if my site will benefit a backlinks using those link exchange management.

Can't trust it blindly....need to test it firstly. And I think if they can provide a trial version then it helps them in promoting their product.

One guys is true here saying that mannual link building is great. I agree here. links from unique IP and relevant themes are great. If you are in need of that contact me.
