what is a stronger link? a keyword or a http? what should we put inside the anchor text? <a href="http:www.mysite.com">_________</a>. thanks.

I believe he would like to know if keyword in domain names is better than the anchor text...

It is both important for your site... it can easily help you target your keywords and get higher SERPs....

Important keywords in Anchor text keeps importance so if u placed keyword that is relevant to theme of your site it ll be important for your site.keyword in url of site is also important.

Yes you are right keyword in anchor text should be relevent to theme of your website.

Is there a benefit to ever using http instead of keywords?

Putting your target keyword in Anchor Text is another way of optimizing your own site (the on-page factor)..depends on the theme of your site. Its like you are telling the others what the link is all about
