Friends,
many of the site have shown many inbound links to my site..but Google doens't keep in its list. Had the Google listed all the inbound links to my site mysite would have increased its PR. How to make this possible? Any suggestions?

I believe Google has listed all of your inbound links but they are only showing a few if you use link:
www.yoursite.com.
Register for a
Google Webmaster toolto see exactly how many of your backlinks Google has recorded.

Google does not prefer all Inbound links in back links. Google have a criteria to do increase and decrease backward links. Yes you are right backward will also help in PR. The your have do increase one ways link for your website.

Google dont show all backlinks of a site so if you find backlinks by
link:url this is not all backlinks of your site.

How does google decide a link is related? It seems like something almost impossible to do programmatically. Are is a website on apples related to a website or pears? How about a site apple pie?
