Inbound links generally known as back links are the links pointing to your site and search engines like it when you have thousands of links pointing to your site but sometimes Google penalizes you for it too if you have poor quality and unrelated back links pointing to your site.

Outbound links are the links pointing to other websites from your website and you have more control over these links.

inbound links are the ones that are received by your site coming from another site, Outbound links come from your blog and site to another website. The purpose of these links is to bring your visitors and potential clients off your website to another site.Outbound links are essential to your SEO campaign as well

The Inbound links are links that are within your website or link to different page from same website and Outbond Links are links that are to different website.

In think the Inbound links is the same Internal links. It helps client view something related content. And The Outbound links may be Backlinks (The link from another website point to a a website )
Example :
Internal links : forum. submitexpress. com
Outbound link: https://moidichvu.com/dich-vu-seo-top.html
