GoArticles and ArticleBase is pretty good as well. You can include links in the article body unlike Ezine. In Ezine, your article will likely be rejected if you include a promotional link in the article body.

according to me the sites which gives the approval on the basis of the quality and informative content is the best like if we talk about the ezine article though it takes time to give approval to your article but when ever it gives approval that article is the best as per the information,content,not copy pasted etc.

Article submission is one of the good SEO channel but I think your submission effort will be effective only when the directories give instant approval have high PR along with the good back links.
