well, PR4 means u r good with Google, I thing in this PR u should get some good position in SERP .. But the traffic is based on the keyword, if u get #1 position for non competitive keyword is useless... better research on your keyword and target some medium targeted keyword

While you are targeting competitive keywords why don't you try to target long tail.

You need to focus on placing your links on high traffic websites such as article directories, blogs, and forums. I would Google the highest trafficked sites of all time that are related to your niche and focus on building links in these areas. Page Rank is only good for search engines but if your not in the top ten for the word your optimizing the site for PR doesn't mean much.

A PR of 4 is not bad. But to get more, you can follow some steps, like linking to social networking sites, posting in blogs, forums, and submitting to more and more directories.

Participate in social networks. Hold promotions to your site or at least make something very interesting like offering free reviews, etc.
