well, PR4 means u r good with Google, I thing in this PR u should get some good position in SERP .. But the traffic is based on the keyword, if u get #1 position for non competitive keyword is useless... better research on your keyword and target some medium targeted keyword

While you are targeting competitive keywords why don't you try to target long tail.

You need to focus on placing your links on high traffic websites such as article directories, blogs, and forums.
