You shouldn't be interested what links Alexa is showing. Find what are your backlinks fromGoogle Search console and try also Serpstat to check domain authority backlinks.
Effective links are any links from high page authority webpage, relevant to your topic. Use Moz Open Site Explorer to scan popular websites and understand where they got their backlinks and then recreate the process your self.
