May budget is about $50.00 a month. How can I get some cheap or free backlinks.

I already spent about 30 hours submitting to directories. I used about 7 different titles and descriptions.

I also am frequent at about 5 forums, that allow signature links.

I have also used alexa incoming links, to build about 200 links. That was my favorite, 'cause you can see the alexa traffic ranks.



Anyhow, I need cheap quality backlinks that bring in traffic, not really just for SEO.
