I am gearing up to clean house on my links page and try to get exchanges with relavint ranked sites. I was wondering if I can get some feedback on my existing links page.
Is it set up to be an effective links page as far as seo is concerned?
Should I build a new one or add a second links page for the ranked exchanges I want to set up?

I have 3 ranked sites all related to mixed martial arts/sports

I can provide non java links. That link page was not set up with seo in mind at all, its built into the cms but that was what I was asking, if my existing set up was god enough.
Ill start scripting out a new links page. Will target=blank effect the score of the link as far as seo is concerned?
