Back links exchange

Hello everybody! My question is : which is best for SEO: link exchange with sites from the same niche as mine or linkexchange with sites from diffrent niches; and between two sites : one from my niche but with a low PR and one from a diffrent niche but with a heigh PR which is best for SEO? thk guys

Go to those related sites, high PR and good content. Don't link to link farm sites and that has bad neighbors.

A high PR sites, with content, create logical anchor points is the best, but the PR page 7, 8, the content does not matter anymore, it is necessary that the link to everyone.
Submit articles - directory is also highly effective for your choice,
The blog is also preferred more, + forum .... >>> Effective for you.

I think link exchange with sites from the same niche because they are related to your site work so user will be able to understand it in better way...

Of course the best way is exchanging link with a high PR because it can give you a heavy back links but it is also depends to its relevancy.

Go for relevant links, but one way link is much better.

How about trying to obtain both? They can both give a boost to your backlinks.

Back-linking with sites which has same or similar subjects is much better . However look for quality site .

You are taking link juice away from your own pages if you are linking to too many other sites. Unless it super relevant to your niche and their PR is high I wouldn't recommend reciprocal linking. You are much better served doing the usual blog commenting, forums and blog article writing.

I think you should choose the sites related to your niche,and you should also concern about the PR , close to your own PR would be good.

BEST for SEO is BACKLINKS with HIGH PR(PAGE RANK) and Dofollow
