Link popularity tool

Hi,
I need to confirm about submitexpress tools for link popularity. Whenver I check any site it shows zero link in yahoo and hotbot. Is there something wrong with website or something to do with yahoo.

well actually, I always use the link popularity checker here at submit.. and likewise, I've experienced it too.. but I think it's ok now, coz it shows result on all Search Engines listed here...

The best one measurement tool for link popularity is still in search, some of tools like megasearchbar, top25web.com/pagerank.php, yourdomainname.com I've tried them they are good enough to measure popularity.

There are lots of tools available on the internet, I think you need to find those. I am aware of one tool, but that is a paid one, so if you would like to go with paid one then I can suggest you that.
