how to avoid illegal clicks?and how to take care the site

hi..any one please tell me to avoid illegal clicks from visitors.i created a educational site in that i got illegal clicks from visitors,so google dissconnect ads to my site and banned my email to adsense..is there any chance of geeting ads back with same name and different emails..Is there any problem to create an gogle adsense account with same name and different email address.

The best way you can do is write some text near ads to click if they want only...i think that the only prevention we can do...........

other way is to put your add is some good place...like not in front....so that only those people can see who spend some time in your website
