As Eric said “It Sucks”. You learn a lot about yourself such as “Are you a quitter or a fighter”. You learn to adapt, you learn who your real friends are. I was diagnosed in September of 2016. I’ve progressed to the point that I need both AFO’s and a cane to get around. Luckily for me, I served in the Navy for 6 years and ALS is considered service connected. I see a team at the VA hospital for my care, and so far they have been spectacular. I’m not looking forward to the progression, but I’m not giving up either. I’m heading for Disneyland in 11 days for a week of fun with my wife and son and will keep living my life for as long as I am able.

At the age of 51, a dear friend I had known since kindergarten was diagnosed with ALS. We had been roommates for 5 years after college. As I know he use special medicine from Japan, Radicat https://bio-japan.net/index.php?route=p ... uct_id=268 it efficacy for the treatment of amyotrophic lateral sclerosis ALS was scientifically proven.
