@Harmain, it depends on your target kws, if it has lots of competitors then i would say its hard to rank well with it. good thing you've got that amount on google. I think you should build add more backlinks using your target kws.

When you say Google Backlinks, are you pertaining to backlinks you see when you use the command link:domain on google search? If it is that so, then those number of backlinks are just example and portion of site's total link and you can't relate that number to that site's PR and traffic.
