ya directories r gud for backlinks...but many directory sites..especially the free submissions ones dont provide quality backlinks..so hve to be careful

I feel like there are only a select few that are actually quality sites to be added to. Yahoo! Directory, and BOTW......of course DMOZ but if you don't have extremely unique great content for the site you submit....it will never get listed. There are alot of other great ways to build link pop. and submitting to 10000000 directories is usually not the answer.
