It's a great share! The list might be helpful for the link builders. Directory submissions does not play very vital role, but it should be taken as one of the link building jobs you do regularly.

Some of them? Almost all of them, others don't load...this is old stuff, once directory gets higher PR then it starts to ask for some change. This is all business
